Orion

A mosaic of the entire Orion constellation. It was rewarded at the Astrophotographer of the Year 2020 competition organized by the Royal Greenwich Observatory.

Double Canon EOS 6D Astrodon modded, Canon EF 300 mm F4 L @ F5, ISO 800. Individual exposure time: 180 seconds. Mosaic of 24 tiles. Total exposure time: 76 hours. Acquisitions made in Chile.
